Delivery Policy

Any order over $50 will be shipped for free via standard Australia Post.

A summary of our shippings costs are:

  • Order over $50 and your shipment is FREE
  • Standard shipping 4-6 days for $9.99
  • Express Post  shipping 1-3 days for $19.99

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. If you elect standard delivery it will be sent through Australia Post in their regular post system. As we are based regionally in Victoria it will take 4-6days to be received to a Metropolitan areas. If you want to receive you order quickly we will gladly send it via Express Post priced at $19.99. We update our site several times a day and whilst we endeavour to ensure that the stock levels are current there are times when we do run out of stock. In the event this happens we will contact you within 1 business day to advise that we can’t ship and discuss further if we might be able to get more stock or alternatively to process a refund to you. 

Returns Policy

At Insideout Clothing, we understand that shopping online is hard which is why we offer hassle free returns on all purchases. If you decide that the item you have purchased is not right, then just return it to us within 30 days with our returns form and we will process your return within 7 days from when we receive it.

A few things to note when returning items are:                                                         

  • Items must not be worn, washed, dirty and must have all original tags attached
  • Certain items must be kept sealed for hygiene reasons such as earrings or underwear, so if your item comes in a sealed package then these items can only be returned if they are in their original package with the seal still intact
  • Return postage will be your responsibility, however if you choose to exchange the item then we will ship the replacement item to you at no cost. We recommend using registered mail as we take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • If you want to exchange an item we recommend that you contact us and let us know what you would like so that we can make sure we reserve it for you.

We take great pride in making sure each item sent to you is in top condition, however if you do receive an item that is faulty please contact us and we will arrange to send a return satchel to you.

We want you to be 100% happy so don’t worry if the item does not fit, suit or wasn’t what you thought it was, just send it back and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange.
